We do a thorough quality check to package and ship your orders to ensure you get exactly what you see on the product description page on our website. Orders once placed cannot be returned or refunded. But if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will try to offer the best resolution possible.

Please note minor variations in color or minor print imperfections will not qualify for return. In case of receiving parcel where packaging is damaged, please do not accept delivery, or an unboxing/unpacking video will be required to claim return.

If you would like Living Dance Imprints to be your gifting partner for any event, we will be happy to offer you gifting solutions. We need a minimum 3 weeks processing time if the quantity you want is not immediately available with us. Due to a number of WIP creative works at our end, we may not always be able to provide a customisation or take up commissioned work but we can assess your requirement and confirm the timeline and cost estimation depending on the feasibility.
